NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st April 1964
G.S.R. 667. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 125 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , and clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agricul- ture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1782, dated the 18th November , 1963 , namely:--
In the said notification, in Schedule III, under the heading 'Madras ' , after Serial No. 10 and the entry relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely:-
"11. The Salem Co - operative Sugar Mills Ltd. , P.O. Mohanur, Distt . Salem."
