EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 24th April 1967
S.O. 1452. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 namely :-
1. In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , for the existing entry ' Flue- cured and Sun - cured Virginia Tobacco ' the following shall be substituted:-
"Flue- cured Virginia Tobacco, Sun - cured Virginia Tobacco Sun- cured 'Natu' ( country ) Tobacco and Sun - cured Jutty Tobacco . "
2. Under Sub - clause 2 ( e ) ( iv ) of clause 4 of the said Order , for the words 'Flue- cured and Sun- cured Virginia Tobacco ' the following entry shall be substituted:-
"Flue- cured Virginia Tobacco , Sun- cured Virginia Tobacco . Sun - cured 'Natu' ( country ) Tobacco and Sun- cured Jutty Tobacco "
