S.O. 1453. In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice - Presidential Elections Act , 1952 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , in addition to the officers appointed by notification No. 479/1/67 , dated the 5th April , 1967 , the Under Secretary , Legislation , Jammu and Kashmir Legis- lative Assembly , Jammu , as an Assistant Returning Officer for the Presidentiat Election .
