NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th April 1967
S.O. 1550. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 read with sub- section ( 3 ) of section 11 of the Working Journalists ( Conditions of Service ) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act , 1955 ( 45 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. B. Kolpe as a member of the Wage Board constituted for the purpose of fixing or revising rates of wages in respect of working journalists under the said Act to represent working journalists in the vacancy caused by the resignation of Shri Kedar Ghosh and makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 3202 , dated the 12th November , 1963 , namely :-
In the Table to the said notification , for the entry against Serial No. 4 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"Shri S. B. Kolpe , Free Press Journal , Bombay . "
