G.S.R. 738. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 , ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Con- trol ) Order , 1964 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Control ) Second Amendment Order , 1964 .
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Paddy ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , in sub- clause ( a ) of clause 2 , for the words " Nalgonda and Hyderabad " the words "Nalgonda , Hyderabad , Chittoor and Cuddapah " shall be substituted.
