"Election to Fill Casual Vacancy
In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Sri R. Kasinatha Dorai , Tank View , Ramanathapuram has been duly elected by the Aruppukottai constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Sri U. Muthuramalinga Thevar .
