New Delhi , the 10th May 1987
S.O. 1718 - C.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of Organic Chemicals (Inspection) Rules , 1966, namely:
1. These rules may be called the Export of Organic Chemicals ( Inspection ) Amendment Rules , 1967 .
2. In the Export of Organic Chemicals ( Inspection ) Rules , 1966 for rule 6 , the following rule shall be substituted namely:-
" 6. Inspection Fee . Subject to a minimum of Rs . 50 and a maximum of Rs . 500 for each consignment , a fee at the rate of twenty paise for every one hundred rupees of the F.O.B. value for each such consign ment shall be paid as inspection fee under these rules .
