New Delhi , the 10th May 1967
8.0. 1718.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby nominates Dr. B D. Kalelkar , Director General ( Technical Deve- lopment ) , Directorate Gene al of Technical Development , New Delhi ; and Shri Saranaran Singh , Joint Secretary , Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation , ( Department of Agriculture ) as members of the Export Inspection Council , in places of Sarvashri P. C. Kapur and M. L. Widhani , respectively and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 3605 dated the 30th December, 1963, a follows , namely: -
In the said notification ,-
(a) for item ' 6' , the following item shall be substituted , namely: - "6. Dr. B. D. Kalelkar , Director General ( Technical Development ) , Directorate General of Technical Development , New Delhi " ;
(b ) for item ' 12' , the following item shall be substituted , namely : -
"12. Shri Saran Singh , Joint Secretary , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation, Department of Agri- culture, Krishi Bhavan , New Delhi " .
