SUBJECT.- Imports- Pharmaceutical Industry- applications of Actual Users for issue of essentiality certificates for import of raw materials , special apparatus etc.- procedure .
No. 40 - ITC ( PN ) /64.-Attention is invited to the entries under the heading "Office address of the Drugs Control Authority " in Annexure IV , Appendix 19 , to the I.T.C. Policy Red Book for April 1964-March 1965 .
2. The entry in Column 3 against S. No. 14 may be substituted by the follow- ing: -

2. The undermentioned item may be deemed to have been included in Schedule A to the above Public Notice . under the heading " Medicinal herbs ( detailed as under) " : -
