ORDER
New Delhi , the 15th May 1967
S.O. 1722. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1241 dated the 16th May . 1960. read with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No S.O. 1345 dated the 20th April , 1965 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Mewar Textile MillsApril,Ltd. , Bhiwara had been taken over by thethe AuthorisedAutho Co Controller referred to in the first Order mentioned above , as modified from time to time , for a period upto and inclusive of the 15th May , 1967 ;
And . whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section (2) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of three months from the 16th May , 1967 .
