ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th May 1964
S.O. 1789. In exercise of the powers confered by section 5 of the Essential Com- modities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby directs that the power conferred on it to make orders under Clauses ( c) , ( d ) and ( f) of sub - section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall in relation to the prices , stocks and movements of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed be exercisable in the district of Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra also by the Collector of that district
2 This order shall remain in force for a period of six months commencing on and from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India
