SUBJECT :-Import of " sides " of plastic spectacle frames falling under S. No. 93-94 ( α ) (ii ) / V , which are specially designed for housing part or parts of hearing aids against licences for S. No. 78 (1) / during April 1964-March 1965.
No. 42 - ITC ( PN ) /64.-Attention of the importers is invited to the remarks against S. No. 18 ( 1 ) / V in the Red Book for April 1964-March 1965 licensing period .
2. The following remark may, be deemed to have been incorporated as remark (v) against S. No. 78 ( 1 ) / V in the current Red Book : --
"Upto 20 % of the face value of the quota licences can be utilised for import of sides of plastic spectacle frames falling under S. No. 93-94 ( a ) ( 11) / V which are specially designedde for housing any part or parts of hearing aids" .
