New Delhi , the 26th May 1967
S.O. 1868. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its notification No. 508/UP / 67 , dated the 11th January , 1967 , namely :-
In the Table-
(i) for the entry in column 2, against the item " 2."2. Aligarh" , the entry "Shri Mahabir Prasad Jain, Deputy Collector " shall be substituted; and
( 11 ) for the entry in column 2 , against the item " 28. Hamirpur " , the entry "Shri B. P. Shukla , Officiating Deputy Collector " shall be substituted.
