G.S.R. 825. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 1 of the Durgah Khawaja Saheb ( Amendment ) Act , 1964 ( 20 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June , 1964 , as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
