EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 1st June 1964
8.O. 1900.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 (18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order, 1962 , namely:-
InPart B of Schedule I to the said Order , for entry ( iv ) of item 16, the follow- ing shall be substituted :
"( iv ) Export to U.S.A. of the following varieties of cotton textiles :-
(a) Sheeting, Carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 009 ;
(b) Print cloth type shirting , carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code Nos . 018/019 ;
( c) Twill and sateen , carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 022;
(d) Fabrics , n.e.s. carded yarn I.C.T.A. Code No. 026 ;
(e) Towels, other than dish towels , I.C.T.A. Code No. 031. "
