S.O. 1995. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein , is published for general information :-

Election to fill casual vacancy
In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that SHRI SHIV CHARAN MATHUR, 43 , Gandhi Nagar , Bhilwara has been duly elected by the Bhilwara ( 15 ) constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the resignation of Shri Kalu Lal Shrimali .
