ORDER
New Delhi , the 5th June 1964
S.O. 2009.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it to make orders under Clauses ( c) , ( d) and ( f) of sub - section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall in relation to the prices , stocks and movements of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable in the district of Bulsar in the State of Gujarat, also by the Collector of that district .
2. This order shall remain in force till 30th September 1964 .
