" Election to fill casual vacancy
In pursuance of Section 66 of the Representation of the People Act 1951 , I declare that Shri Vidyacharan Shukla of Budhapara, Raipur has been duly elected by the Mahasamund Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the election of Shri Vidyacharan Shukla having been declared void .
