NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th June 1967
S.O. 2010. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby recognises-
(1 ) The Export Inspection Agency , Cochin;
( ii ) The Export Inspection Agency , Madras;
(iii ) The Export Inspection Agency , Calcutta ; (iv) The Export Inspection Agency , Bombay; and
(v) The Export Inspection Agency , Delhi .
also as the agencies for inspection of rubber hot water bottles ( bags ) prior to export and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2460 , dated the 16th August , 1966 , namely : -
In the Schedule to the said notification , atfer serial No. 8 and the entry relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely : -
"9. Export Inspection Agency , Manohar Building , Mahatma Gandhi Road, Ernakulam -1 ( Cochin) .
10. Export Inspection Agency , 123 Mount Road , Madras- 6.
11. Export Inspection Agency , 14 / 1 - B Ezra Street , ( 7th floor ) , Calcutta- 1.
12. Export Inspection Agency , 81 Queen's Road ( 1st Floor ) , Bombay - 2 .
13. Export Inspection Agency , Udyog Bhavan ( Room No. 116) , Maulana Azad Road , New Delhi - 11 . "
