NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th June 1967
S.O. 2011. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. R. Morarka as Chairman and Shri R. R. Bahl , Adviser , Programme Administration , Planning Commission , as member of the Commission of Inquiry constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 1104 , dated the 29th March , 1965 in the place of Shri B. Gopala Reddi and of Shri P. P. I. Vaidyanathan respectively and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the said notification , namely :
In the said notification-
In paragraph 2 ( relating to the composition of the Commission ) , for items ( 1 ) and (2) , the following shall be substituted , namely : -
" ( 1 ) Shri R. R. Morarka Chairman
(2 ) Shri R. R. Bahl , Adviser , Programme Administration Planning Commission - Member " .
