G.S.R. 910. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that It is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue & Insurance) No. 50 - Customs dated the 26th May . 1967 : - In the said notification for the words " aluminium ingots and aluminium wire bars" the words " aluminium ingots , aluminium billets and aluminium wire bars " shall be substituted .
