New Delhi , the 12th June 1904
S.O. 2069. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause (b ) of clause 2 of the Newsprint Control Order , 1962. No. CH ( 1 ) -18 ( 1 ) / 62 , dated the 17th January, 1962, the Government of India are hereby pleased to appoint Shri A. Datta Majumdar , Assistant Press Registrar , Office of the Registrar ofof Newspapers New Delhi to exercise the powers of the Controller under that Order .
2. Shri N. C. Rustagi , Controller of Imports , New Delhi , who was appointed to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Newsprint Control Order , 1962 under the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. 8/26/62- Imp, dated the 11th October , 1962 will also continue to exercise these powers .
