CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi , the 13th June 1967
G.S.R. 933.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 read with sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance ) Act , 1957 (58 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 204/66 Central Excises , dated the 31st Decem- ber, 1966 namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification under the heading "III Uttar Pradesh", for entry ( 1 ) , the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"( 1 ) Uttar Pradesh Drought Relief Committee, 1, Vidold Royal Hotel Building. Lucknow" .
