S.O. 2067. In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the Produce Cess Act, 1966 ( 15 of 1966 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Coopera- tion ( Department of Agriculture ) S.O. No. 924 dated the 15th March , 1967 , the Central Government is pleased to fix with effect from 1st July, 1967 , the tariff - value in respect of Cashew Kernel at Rs . 775 /- per quintal for the year 1967-68 .
