CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi , the 15th June 1964
G.S.R. 865.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 52/ 64 - Central Excises , dated the 1st March , 1964 , namely: -
In the Table annexed to the said notification ,-
( 1) in the entry in column ( 2 ) against serial No. 3 , the words " except galvanised plates and sheets , all sorts , including plain and corru- gated" shall be inserted at the end ;
( 2) after serial No. 3 , the following entry shall be inserted , namely : -
