New Delhi , the 15th June 1964
G.S.R. 866. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 10A of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Tribunal consisting of the following members to exercise and dis- charge the powers and functions conferred on it by or under the said Act , namely:
(1) Shri B. N. Gokhale .
( 2) Shri G. Mathias .

G.S.R. 867. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of sec- tion 10A of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. N. Gokhale , Member of the Tribunal constituted under sub- section ( 1 ) of the said section 10A, to be the Chairman of that Tribunal .
