New Delhi, the 18th June 1964

S.O. 2183.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (XXVII of 1940) and in .supersession if the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Agriculture) S.O. No. 1664 dated the_- 15th June. 1963, the Central Government is pleased tofixwith effect from the 1st Julv, 1964, for the articles specified in Column 2 of the Schedule hereto annexed, being the articles enumerated in the Schedule to the said Act, the tariff values specified in the corresponding entry in Column 4 thereof.
