NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the 20th June 1967

G.S.R 957.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) published with its notification No. GSR 98 dated 14th January, 1964, the management of the under- taking known as Messrs Samastipur Central Sugar Co. Ltd., Samastipur, District Darbhanga, has been taken over by the Authorised Controller. Shri J. P. Goel, referred to therein, for a period of two years from the said date and the said period having been extended for a further period of one year and six months from the 14th January, 1966, by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1525 dated 30th September, 1965;

And whereas it is necessary to terminate the appointment of the said Shri J. P- Goel and appoint in his place Shri Partap Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food ) as the Authorised Controller; ( 305 ) %O6 t HE GAZETTE OF INJDIA EXTRAORDINARY WAIT U - S ia MM Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 125A of t he Defence of

India Rules, 1962, t he C e n t r al G o v e r n m e nt h e r e by t e r m i n a t es t he a p p o i n t m e nt of the said Shri J. P. Goel and in his place appoint Shri Partap Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), as the Authorised Con- troller in respect of the said undertaking and directs that the following amend- ment be made In the notification aforesaid, namely:—

In the said notification, for the letters and words "Shri J. P. Goel, Officer on Special Duty, Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati, Ministry of Food and Agri- culture (Department of Food)", the letters and words "Shri Partap Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food)" shall be substituted.

2. This notification whall come into force on the 21st June, 1G6T.
