ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st June 1967
G.S.R. 959.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act. 1955 (10 of 1855), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Tripura Foodgrains Movement Control (No. 2) Order, 1959, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Tripura Foodgrains Movement Control (No. 2) Amendment Order, 1967.
2. In the Tripura Foodgrains Movement Control (No. 2) Order, 1959,—
(1) in clause 2, sub-clause (bb) shall be omitted;

(ii) in item (c) the brackets and letter "(c)" shall be omitted;
(iii) In the proviso, Item (II) shall be omitted and items (111), (lv) and (v) shall be rtnumbered as Items (ii), (iii) and (lv) respectively;
(3) Schedules 'A' and 'B' shall be omitted.
