S.O. 2131. In pursuance of sub- section ( 2) of section 13AA of the Repre- sentation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 508 / AS / 66 , dated the 1st January , 1967 , namely:-
In column 3 of the Table appended thereto , against serial No. 7 Kamrup district and ( a) Deputy Commissioner , Kamrup District , for the existing entry , the entry " Gauhati and Nalbari Sub -divisions " shall be substituted ..
