New Delhi , the 20th June 1964
G.S.R. 892. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act , 1964 ( 18 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of July , 1964 , as the date with effectfrom which a Corporation to be known as the Industual Development Bank of India shall be established for the purposes of the said Act
