ΕΧΡΟRΙ 'TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 24th June 1967
S.O. 2138 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act . 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Export ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :
1.In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order after item No. 1 ( iii ) ( 1 ) the following items shall be added :-
" ( u ) Butterflies ,
(v ) Motlıs larger than 75 mm . "
2. In Part - A of Schedule I to the said Order the following items shall be deleted: - -
" 6 ( iv ) Butterflies ;
( xxi ) Moths larger than 75 mm. "
