NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th June , 1964.
G.S.R. 430. In pursuance of the proviso to sub - clause ( 3 ) of clause 6 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1963 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food & Agriculture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1347 , dated the 9th August 1963 , namely: -
In the said notification, for sub - paragraph ( iii ) of paragraph ( a ) , the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( iii ) incidental charges , including profit , not exceeding Rs . 1.50 per quintal of sugar. " .
