G.S.R. 933.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the first Board of Trustees in respect of the port of Mormugao with effect from the 1st July, 1964 , and appoints the following persons as the Chairman and Trustees respectively of the said Board of Trustees , namely :
