NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th June 1967
S.O. 2234. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 ( 60 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. C. Pandey , Deputy Housing Commissioner , Delhi Administration , as Secretary to the Commission of Inquiry in the place of Shri Jagmohan Singh Malhotra , and directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 1104 , dated the 29th March , 1965 , namely :-
In the said notification-
( i ) in paragraph 2 ( relating to the composition of the Commission ) , for item ( 6 ) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted . namely : -
" ( 6 ) Shri S. C. Pandey , Deputy Housing Commissioner , Delhi Adminis- Housing comm tration Secretary to the Commission ; "
( ii ) in paragraph 4 , for the figures , letters and word " 30th June , 1967 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st December . 1967 " shall be substituted.
