S.O. 2235 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modification of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Com- merce and Industry No. 1241 , dated the 16th May , 1960 ( as subsequently modifled ) , the Central Government hereby authorises with effect from the 1st July , 1967 , Shri Y. Singh to take over the management of the whole of the Mewar Textile Mills Limited , Bhilwara , vice Shri P. L. Sukhwal .
