ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th. June 1964
S.0.2343.—IDRA/1RG/64.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18-G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following-Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1961, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Cement Control (Fourth Amendment) Order, 1964.
2. It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1964.
3 In sub-clause (2) (a) of the clause 6 of the Cement Control Order, 1061 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) the figure "Rs. 97-75" shall be substi- tuted by the figure "Rs. 99.75".
4. In sub-clause (2)(b) of clause 6 of the said Order the figure "Rs. 120-75" shall be substituted by the figure "Rs. 122.75".
5. In the said Order, for the Table below paragraph (A) of the Schedule, the (following shall be substituted, namely:—
