5.0 . 2344. The following Orden made by the President on June 26 , 1964 , is published for general mformation : --
ORDER
In exercise of the powers confcried by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Con- stitution , the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Govern- ment of India ( Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely.-
In the said Rules , in the Second Schedule-
(1) under the heading , " Ministry of Education" , entry 39 shall be omitted ; and
( 2 ) under the heading , " Department of Social Secunty " and sub - heading "A. Social Security " , after entry 15 , the following entries shall be inserted , namely : -
"16. Central Social Welfare Board .
17. All attached or subordinate offices or other organisations concerned with any of the subjects specified in this list . "
