~- S.O. 2345.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, 'Department of Revenue No. 94 dated the 1st February, 1963, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers of revision exercisable by the Central Board of Excise and Cutoms under HUD-section (1) of action 130 of the said Act shall also, in the like manner and subject to the like • •onditiona, be exercisable by all the Collectors of Customs in respect of any decision or order passed under the said Act (not being an order passed in appeal under section 128 of that Act) by an officer of customs subordinate to them.
