MINISTRY OF COMMERCE
ORDER
New Delhi , the 1st July 1964
S.O. 2350.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1527 dated 4th July , 1959 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Atherton West and Co. , Limited , Kanpur , has been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the said Order for a period of five years from the 4th July, 1959 ;
And , whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year from the 4th July . 1964.
