New Delhi , the 10th July 1964
S.R.O. 21 - E . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- Lion 2 of the Armed Forces ( Emergency Duties ) Act , 1947 ( 15 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby declares the following services to be services of vital importance to the community , namely:-
Services connected with such operations of the Vishakhapatnam Port as are considered by the Commodore East Coast , Vishakhapatnam , as essential operations .
