ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 11th July 1964
S.O. 2458. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
In part B of Schedule I to the said Order ,
1. For item 30 , the following shall be substituted:-
" 30. Oils , vegetables , the following:--
( i ) Coconut oil ,
( if ) Cotton seed oil ,
( iii ) Ground nut oil ,
( iv ) Kardi seed oil ,
( v ) Mustard seed oil/ Rape seed oil ,
( vi) Niger seed oil ,
(vii ) Salad oil ,
(viii ) Sesame seed oil ,
The above oils include both crude and refined oils . "
2. After item 44 , the following item shall be added :-
"45. Vegetable products or hydrogenated oils . "
