MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT

New Delhi , the 17th July 1964
S.O. 2505. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of section 19 of the Industrial, Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby extends the period of operation of the award of the National Industrial Tribunal , Bombay , in the industrial dispute referred to the said Tribunal by the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Nos . 705 and 1449 , dat dated the 21st March , 1960 and the 4th June , 1960 respectively , and published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment , No. S.O. 2028 , dated the 13th June , 1962 , in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 30th June , 1962, by a further period of one year from the date of expiry of the period for which the operation of the said award was extended by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 2030, dated the 12th July , 1963 .
