New Delhi, the 6th August 1964

S.O. 2756.—The following Order made by the President on August 5,. 1964, is published for general information:—

ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu- tion, the President hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amend- ments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

In the said Rules, in the Second Schedule—

(1) under the heading, "Ministry of Industry and Supply", and sub-heading "B. Department of Industry", in section III—"Industries and Indus- trial Development", after entry 6, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—

"GA. Development of electronics and co-ordination amongst its various users";

(2) under the heading, "Ministry of Labour and Employment", after the

existing entry 25, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—

"25A. Administration of the Minimum Wages Act"; and

(3) under the heading, "Department of Social Security", and section A. "Social Security",

(i) for the existing entry 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"2. Bal Bhavan; Children's Museum";

(ii) for the existing -entry 4, the following entry shall" be substituted namely:—

"lft. Social security measures, including administration of the Employees' State Insurance Act, the Employees' Provident Funds Act, and Coal Mines Provident Fund Act"
