No. 69 - ITC ( PN ) / 64 . Attention is invited to Annexure IV to Appendix 19 of the Red Book for April 1964 March 1965 period and Appendix 10 of the Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1964 , wherein the names and addresses of the various State Drugs Control Authorities have been given .
2. The following name and address of the Drugs Control authority of the State of Jammu & Kashmir may be deemed to be included in the lists given in Annexure IV to Appendix 19 to the current Red Book and Appendix 10 of the Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1964 : -
