S.O. 2810.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modi- fication of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. 1240 dated the 16th May, 1960 ( as subsequently modified ) , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri P. L. Sukhwal , I.A.S. ( Retd. ) to take over the management of the whole of the Mewar Textile Mills Limited , Bhilwara , vice Shri N. D. Mehta .
2. The remuneration to be paid to Shri P. L. Sukhwal , will be notified sepa- rately.
