S.O. 2815. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 126 - J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , J , J ' . D. Pande , the Administrator , hereby make the following further amendment in the notification of the Governinent of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenuc ) No. S.O. 3325 dated the 29th November , 1963 , namely : -
In the said notification , in the Table, against Serial Number 5 , for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted , namely : -
"Block Development Officer and Rehabilitation Offices. Goid Control "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th August 1964
S.O. 2816. -In pursuance of sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 126 HH read with rule 126 X of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amenament in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. S.O. 2797 , dated the 27th September , 1963 , namely: -
In the said notification , in the Table below the Note , for the entries in columns ( 2) and ( 3 ) , against Serial Number 4 , the following shall be substituted , namely :
"Delhi .
Village Level Workers or Secre- taries to Panchayats or Gold Control Inspectors" .
