EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 24th August 1964
S.O. 2916. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the CerCentral Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
(1 ) In Part A of Schedule I to the said Order , item No. 16 shall be omitted .
( ii ) In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , after item No. 46. the follow- ing shall be added : --
"47. Garments and ready made articles of rayon and man made fibres fabrics ."
