New Delhi , the 26th August 1964
S.O. 2975. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 126 - J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , I, B. D. Pande , the Administrator , hereby make the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 3325 dated the 29th November , 1963 , namely :-
In the said Notification , in the Table , against Serial No. 21 , in column 2 , under the heading " ( c) In Calcutta area " , after the words " Director . National Employ- ment Service and officers authorised by him " , the following shall be inserted , namely: -
"Assistant Secretary to the Government of West Bengal , Cottage and Small Scale Industries Department , Deputy Director of Industries . " .
