ORDER
New Delhi , the 26th August 1964
S.O. 2977 / IDRA/ 18G/ 64 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order , 1961 , namely :
1. This Order may be called the Cement Control ( Seventh Amendment ) Order , 1964 .
2. It shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st January 1964 .
3. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order , 1961 , paragraph (B ) and the Table thereunder shall be substituted by the following , namely :-
"(B) In addition to the price specified in paragraph (A) , the producers mentioned in column 1 of the Table below may charge an extra amount specified in column 2 of the said Table in respect of cement produced by them in excess of the quantity specified in the corres- ponding entry in column 3 thereof .
